• Session Format: The conference will feature a combination of Presentations, Panel Discussions, and Keynote Sessions. Keynote slots are reserved for topics with a broad appeal.
• Early Submission: Early submissions are strongly encouraged to ensure consideration. Applicants will be notified of their status by email.
• No Double Submissions: Please do not submit the same abstract multiple times. If revisions are necessary, you can replace your previous submission.
• Correct Details: Ensure all details are accurate for promotional purposes, as they will be used throughout the event.
• Sales and Marketing Pitches: Sales pitches will not be accepted. Please use Sponsorship Packages for promotional content.
• Language: All submissions must be in English.
• Co-presenters: Co-presenters are not allowed for speaker submissions.
• Expenses: The organizer does not cover travel, accommodation, or logistical costs. However, speakers enjoy free registration for the entire event.
• Confirmation: An automated confirmation email will be sent once your abstract is successfully submitted.
• Final Authority: The Conference Committee reserves the right to make the final decisions regarding all submissions and participants.
